I love when people surprise us by revealing another side of them. Pamela Anderson continues to do that. Some of us thought we had her figured out until the Netflix documentary Pamela, A Love Story introduced us to a deep-thinking, poetry writing Anderson. Something else we probably wouldn’t have assumed about Anderson, given her days of running on the beach in that red lifeguard swimsuit, with her svelte figure on display, was a desire to slave over a hot stove. But Anderson says she loves cooking so much that she decided to compile recipes as a gift for her son. That has now evolved into I Love You: Recipes from the Heart, a new cookbook by Anderson.
