I grew up fan-girling over Ralph Macchio so to say I’m excited that the Karate Kid himself gets his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame today (11.20.24,) is an understatement. Speaking on his behalf is none other than William “Johnny Lawrence” Zabka who also returned to the franchise in Cobra Kai. Macchio and Zabka recently divulged they weren’t close back when they filmed the OG Karate Kid. It wasn’t until the funeral for Pat Morita who played, “Mr. Miyagi,” that they started to bond.
