The new year started with a “bang” for Meghan Markle, 43, as she made her Instagram return on her verified @meghan account—her first since 2020. In a video reportedly taken by her husband, Prince Harry, 40, Meghan is seen barefoot, running along the beach in a white linen outfit, writing “2025” in the sand, and smiling at the camera. The location is said to be near their Montecito home, where they live with their two children, Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3. Her follower count is skyrocketing and is on track to reach a million soon.
When Meghan was part of the Royal Family, she had to shut down her personal social media accounts, which had 3 million followers, after her 2018 engagement to Harry. The couple last posted on their official @SussexRoyal accounts in 2020 before stepping back from royal duties, leaving those pages inactive since.
