Wildfires raging across LA County prompted Governor Gavin Newsom to declare a state of emergency. Tom Hanks, Reese Witherspoon, Ben Affleck and Steven Spielberg are a few of the many celebs whose homes are among thousands currently threatened by the Palisades Fire. It already destroyed James Woods’ home as well as a property that belonged to Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag of MTV’s The Hills.
