Actress Reese Witherspoon announced that Lexi Minetree has been cast as Elle Woods in the upcoming Legally Blonde prequel series Elle, which will follow Woods during her high school years before she went off to Harvard. In the video (click below), Witherspoon is shown speaking with Minetree before telling her the exciting news! This will be the first lead TV role of Minetree’s career. She has previously appeared on shows like “Law & Order: SVU” and in TV movies like “The Murdaugh Murders,” and “Crowdsource Murder.”
