Amy Poehler is set for top honors at Bring Change to Mind’s 12th annual Revels & Revelations fundraiser. The Inside Out 2 star will be feted with the Robin Williams Legacy of Laughter Award. Awarded by the late icon’s children, Zak, Zelda and Cody, the honor is presented to entertainers “who spread laughter and awareness through acts of kindness, charity and revelatory honesty that makes people feel heard, seen and less alone, and through many ways, make the world a brighter, more open and caring place.” Founded by actress Glenn Close, BC2M is a national organization dedicated to end the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental illness by working with leading scientists to make a difference in the lives of teens and adults.
