The United States Postal Service announced months ago that beloved TV icon Betty White would be featured on a Forever stamp. Now the release date has been set! White began her entertainment career in the late 1930s, meaning she had the longest television run of any entertainer in history – including hit shows like “The Golden Girls” and “The Mary Tyler Moore Show”. White died on December 31, 2021, just a few weeks shy of her one-hundredth birthday. The USPS says the stamp will be released on March 27th and there will be a ceremony at the Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens… which is so fitting since she was an animal lover! The event is open to the public! Reserve a spot at: USPS.COM/BETTYWHITESTAMP
