Black History Month Event February 15th

Join in a celebration of Black History Month. The Christian Development Center and The City of Montclair are excited to announce our upcoming community event, African Americans in Labor, which will take place on February 15th, 2025, at 11:00 am – 4:00 pm at Alma Hoffman Park 5201 Benito Avenue in Montclair. This event aims to honor and reflect on the profound contributions of Black individuals throughout history, as well as celebrate the rich cultural heritage that continues to shape our community today. Our event will feature keynote speakers, community resource booths, food vendors, raffles, and entertainment. Through this event, we hope to foster an environment of inclusivity, education, and connection, where we can all engage in thoughtful discussions, share experiences, and support the ongoing journey toward equity and justice.
